Returns Eligibility

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, labels, and documentation are included

  • The item was not marked as final sale or non-returnable

Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical components once installed

  • Special-order or custom parts

  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will gladly arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
